What is the right cold protection?

For optimal protection against the cold, we recommend a combination of functional, wind and water-repellent outerwear paired with the right thermal underwear. Winter clothing is mainly worn in several layers so that you can easily remove a layer as needed and thus be able to react flexibly to changes in the weather.

What is the right size for winter clothing?

Thermal underwear forms the bottom layer and should therefore fit as tightly as possible to the body to avoid pressure points.
However, for jackets or thermal trousers, which provide effective protection against the cold and are worn as the top layer of clothing, we recommend choosing a size larger. This allows the layers worn underneath to vary slightly and there is enough room for an additional intermediate layer. In addition, winter clothing that is too tight often leaves more room for the cold, as the climate is much harder to regulate.
