ASMC has a 31 day return policy
Irrespective of your statutory rights, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 31 days from receipt of the goods.

ASMC will continue to cover your return costs
We will continue to cover the costs of your return shipment within Germany. Regardless of the value of the goods. Be sure to use the return function in yourcustomer account.

Important The declaration of withdrawal below refers to shipments within Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs outside Germany.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

REVOCATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ASMC GmbH, Gewerbepark Klinkenthal 55, 66578 Schiffweiler, telephone no.: 06821 - 94 49 666, fax no.: 0800 - 27 62 33 01, e-mail address: info@asmc.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.


The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
