ASMC has a 31-day right of return. Irrespective of your statutory rights, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 31 days from receipt of the goods.

RETURNS FROM GERMANY

RECALL

If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service at info@asmc.de. You can request the return label directly, print it out and prepare the parcel for dispatch. The return shipment is free of charge. 

To the cancellation policy

We will credit the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.

Defect/hazardous goods

Simply notify us of your return by e-mail or telephone.

RECALL

If you want to return an item, select in your customer account under "My account", select "Orders" and click on "Return item". Here you can conveniently fill out your return form and send it to us with one click. Please always state the reason for the return.

You bear the costs of the return shipment.
