Within the Federal Republic of Germany, your shipping costs are EUR 4.94 up to a parcel weight of 31 kg. If any subsequent 31 kg limit is exceeded, additional shipping costs amounting to the basic amount will be charged. The Standard shipping within Germany from 99 EUR is FREE OF CHARGE.

  The shipping costs within these countries are EUR 9.99 up to a parcel weight of 31kg. If each subsequent 31kg limit is exceeded, additional shipping costs amounting to the basic amount will be charged. From 99.00 EUR value of goods we deliver free of shipping costs.

• Spain

  The shipping costs within these countries are EUR 12.99 up to a parcel weight of 31 kg. If any subsequent 31kg limit is exceeded, additional shipping costs amounting to the basic amount will be charged. From 149.00 EUR value of goods we deliver free of shipping costs.

• All other EU countries (except Croatia and Latvia)

  The shipping costs within these countries are EUR 12.99 up to a package weight of 31 kg. If any subsequent 31kg limit is exceeded, additional shipping costs amounting to the basic amount will be charged. From 149,00 EUR value of goods we deliver free of shipping costs.

• Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway

  The shipping costs within these countries up to a parcel weight of 31kg are 17.99 EUR + 0.55 EUR If each subsequent 31kg limit is exceeded, additional shipping costs in the amount of the basic amount will be charged. From 199,00 EUR value of goods we deliver free of shipping costs.

• Kazakhstan, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Tunisia

  The shipping costs within these countries are EUR 24.99 up to 1 kg, EUR 1.50 surcharge per additional kg. 

• Argentina, Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, French Guiana & Polynesia, Estonia, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Malta, Martinique, Melilla, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Reunion, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Chad, United Arab Emirates, Cyprus

  The shipping costs within these countries are EUR 29.99 up to 1 kg, EUR 3.50 surcharge per additional kg.

• USA

  The shipping costs within this country are 48.99 EUR up to 1 kg, per additional kg 3.50 EUR surcharge.
  The price has been significantly increased due to the current situation of the shipping service providers.

Delivery/partial delivery

We deliver within 3 working days. Please refer to the respective product page for any exceptions.
There are no additional postage costs for partial deliveries. Subsequent deliveries will be sent free of charge.

• DHL Express is only possible for "immediately available" (green traffic light) items.
• DHL Express can only be selected during the ordering process if there are only available items in the shopping cart.

• Orders received after 12.00 noon on Saturdays will be processed on Mondays and delivered on Tuesdays.
• There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays (applies to regional and national public holidays).
• Changes to express orders are unfortunately no longer possible after completion and cannot be canceled.
• Orders can only be placed by credit card.
• Express orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or packing stations.

Delivery guarantee
