The optimal insole for every purpose – for improved foot climate and fit of the footwear

Wearing the same footwear for hours during military or civilian activities is a massive challenge for feet and legs. Every foot is as individual as its owner. That's why the right sole can provide significantly increased comfort when running, standing and walking. With high-quality and breathable soles, running comfort can be significantly increased.

What should be considered when using soles?

It is especially important to ensure that the sole fits the shoe or boot correctly. If it is too big or too small, this usually leads to wrinkles or slipping. This results in an unpleasant feeling of pressure or the formation of blisters.

Soles are suitable for closed shoes and should normally be worn with socks with a high cotton content. It is always advisable to read the instructions for use or the care instructions before inserting.

Tips for using the right soles

There are two types of soles: inner soles that can be placed on the footbed or represent it, and outer soles that are placed under a footbed and are significantly firmer than pure insoles. It is not uncommon for both types to be combined in one and can be used as a durable replacement sole for all shoes and boots.

For optimal adaptation to your own foot, many soles are offered in universal size, which can be cut to shape on site. This applies primarily to soles with an insulating and breathable character, otherwise there is a risk of destroying the division into different supportive foot zones.

What types of shoe insoles are there?

You can choose the soles according to material, but it is better to choose according to the intended use:
- Shock absorber effect

- Moisture regulation
- against odors
- against pressure points
- Footbed (e.g. with gel cushion)

How are soles dried?

Insoles should not be dried on the heater or other heat sources, but should be stored in an airy and dry place.

Do the sole and footwear influence each other?

Shorts are universally applicable and come in many different versions. Whether swim shorts, Bermuda shorts, combat shorts, sports shorts, vintage shorts, nylon shorts, MMA shorts (mixed martial arts) or boxer shorts - they all have one thing in common: they are short pants and they are a must-have, especially in hot areas.

Yes. Most models are designed as insoles that can be easily inserted into any pair of shoes and can easily be replaced with a new pair when they wear out.
