All you need is water. And in such a small amount that you won't have a problem preparing a warm meal anywhere. A full 60 milliliters is enough for you to enjoy a delicious meal from Forestia in no time. So that you can get started right away, we have prepared a short summary of how the food packs work. The meals always come with a so-called heater bag. This contains a small, sealed packet containing a mixture of different salts. These salts react with the water that you add later and ensure that your meal heats up. Of course, this process is completely safe for consumption and simply ensures that you can eat your meal anywhere and at any time.

Preparing Forestia meals is as well thought out as it is simple. All you have to do is remove the food pack and place it in the included heater bag. Then fill it up to the lower mark with about 60 milliliters of water. That's it, now it's time to wait.

From this moment on, the water begins to react with the salts. This chemical reaction, which takes place inside the Heater Bag, heats up your meal. This process takes about 12 minutes. After that, you can carefully remove the food pack from the Heater Bag.
