The shorter version of the UTP Pants has the same advantages, looks civilian thanks to the cut and pocket configuration and still offers space for tactical equipment. The wide belt loops are compatible with almost all belts (Cobra and other EDC belts). The pockets are placed so that they are close to the hips and waist and can therefore easily carry heavier items. The front pockets offer space for a smartphone or an AR/AK magazine.

Shorts UTS 11 Schwarz / XXL
normalerweise fallen die Sachen von Helikon etwas grösser aus, nicht so diese Hose.
Die Hose ist nicht bequem zu tragen, das mit dem Klettverschluss fühlt sich seltsam an.
Ich habe mir die Hose im März 2021 gekauft. Seitdem hatte ich sie in der Freizeit und auf Wanderungen an. Anders als zunächst gedacht, ist die Hose relativ luftig durch den Schnitt und das Material und trotzdem ziemlich robust. Leider hat sie (taigra green) durch mehrfache Wäschen bereits an Frabe eingebüßt und sieht (für ein Jahr getragen) schon etwas abgenutzt aus. Der Funktionalität tut das keinen Abbruch - allerdings liebe ich generell Hose, Jacken, ... mit durchdachten Taschen/Funktionen. Großer Platz an den Seiten links/rechts mit sicherm Reißverschluss für das Portmonai etc., die "Magazintasche" (mit Klett) für das Smartphone (Cat S41 passt stramm rein, andere Seite für eine Rettungsdecke - sehr geil!) und große Taschen vorne und hinten. Zudem gefallen mir die kleinen Extrataschen hinten sehr, wo man super ein Messer mit Gürtelclip verstauben kann. Also, im Großen und Ganzen gut durchdacht, angenehm zu tragen und selbst ohne Gürtel (durch den Klett) in gewissen Rahmen verstellbar. Kauf ich mir nochmal - dieses Mal in schwarz.
Habe diese Hose in grün und schwarz. Für mich super Taschenkonzept. Habe die Hose auch in lang. Die kurze Schwarze ist schon recht ausgeblichen (kommt auch bei machen anderen Herstellern vor). Die Hosen sind robust, vom Stoffgewicht eher zwischen Trekking- und Arbeitshosen. Halten jetzt schon ca. drei Jahre, wenig Verschleiß. Bestelle mir gerade noch eine!
