Savotta - Backpack Jääkäri XL

The Savotta Jääkäri XL backpack is a new development of the LJK, which was developed for the Finnish armed forces (paratroopers). It impresses with many detailed solutions, including a slim design and large volume. It is well-balanced and therefore suitable for ski expeditions or tours in difficult terrain, for example. Its robust, extremely lightweight aluminum frame transfers the load to the hip belt and relieves the shoulders. This ensures good carrying comfort, especially on longer tours. The backpack was designed with a waterproof snow guard so that it fits as closely as possible to the back. Thanks to the freely adjustable, removable lid, it can be generously overloaded for more storage space. The four compression straps underneath allow you to secure additional luggage. With quick-release fasteners, these secure the contents when partially loaded so that everything is firmly in place and nothing wobbles. There is a pocket with an elastic waistband on the left and right at the bottom of the rucksack. These are suitable for water bottles or long items of equipment. The carrying system has no upper arch, so it can be moved in the tightest of spaces and when stooping and does not get caught anywhere. The width can be individually adjusted to suit the wearer. Wide shoulder straps and hip belt distribute the load evenly. The metal buckle used is robust even in sub-zero temperatures and the plastic buckles are also tested to -30°C.
