Vegan curry with green lentils

The Forestia Vegan Curry with Green Lentils meets the requirements for optimal nutrition under extreme conditions. Preparation with the Heater Bag included in delivery:
1. Open the Heater Bag at the top mark and place the sealed food bag inside.
2. Fill the heat bag with water up to the lower mark and then fold the opened part downwards so that it is closed again.
3. Place the bag on a flat or slightly inclined surface to allow the liquid to spread. After about 30 seconds, the inside of the Heater Bag will heat up.
4. After about 12 minutes your food is ready.
