The special-purpose cutting knife is a solid steel construction with G-10 handle scales. The rough-grip surface offers perfect grip security. The three large holes in the handle have made it possible to reduce the overall weight considerably. The two small holes at the end of the handle are used to attach a safety cord. The hand guard, which is strongly pronounced on both sides, was deliberately designed at right angles to optimally protect the hand (hammer grip position). The dagger blade, sharpened on both sides, cuts in both pulling and pushing movements. The extremely sharp serrated edge effortlessly cuts through ropes, fishing nets, etc. The blade is protected against salt water by an extremely resistant DLC carbon coating (diamond-like carbon).
